Well, I see I am stopping by too late as I missed the cigar deal. But... can I recommend you must get Dave Barry's book "An Angel, A Shepherd and Walter the Miracle Christmas Dog." Don't ask me why... you will understand when you read it. The audio book is excellent, too, if you prefer because the author does a great job of reading it.
